Kathy Keats is a mindset and high-performance coach. She has won national and world championships, representing Canada in international competition in three completely different disciplines, and coached at the university, national and international level. She is also a graduate of the National Coaching Institute, an online entrepreneur, author, and seminar presenter who is passionate about helping women develop more empowering mindsets.
