Khafilat is an ardent project management professional. She is both a Project Manager in the Global PMO at Cisco Systems and a Project Management FlexPath tutor at Capella University.

Khafilat holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and is working on obtaining her doctoral degree in Project Management from Capella University. Her research is focused on leadership skills and virtual team management. Khafilat holds the following professional certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Strategic Execution Professional (SEP), IT Service Management (ITIL-F v3).

Adelle Lashbrook

Adelle has 25 years of experience in the IT/Telecom industry and is currently a PMO Manager at Cisco.

Prior to Cisco, Adelle worked at Ericsson, HP, and HPE, in the technical, project/program management, and service delivery arenas.

She continues to champion the growth of women in the industry and is a strong advocate for autism awareness and inclusion.

Her core values remain Family, Love, Intelligence, Happiness, Ambition, and Fun.
