Meet The Speaker
Lusen/they/them has 12 years of software engineering and engineering management experience. Most recently they developed the Interview Engineering program at Karat, including how to interview for interviewer skills and what it means to conduct a great interview. Lusen currently conducts research on new interview formats and shares these insights in talks and workshops. Lusen also works with various schools to help students prepare for technical interviews.
