I am really looking and wanting to get back into Management. I was in management 12 years ago and absolutely loved it felt that was the best thing i could do .. lead a team organically with passion and drive and bring the best out of people by focusing on their strengths. due to family reasons on life situations i needed to work from home to support my family so had to get into IC role with a great company that let me work from home. Now my family commitments are almost over and I want to get back to management. I have great technical experience and exceptional management skills.
