How do you navigate managing someone whose skills you don’t have? e.g. As a Brand Manager, you might have to manage designers & copywriters without necessarily having been either of those yourself, but you’ll still be responsible for their delivering high-quality on-brand work. How do you build that relationship and give feedback without their resenting you for being “unqualified” to give that feedback?
