Can you please advise about the pay adjustments to going from contact to salaried? I am currently debating wether to accept a full time position after almost 4 years as a contractor. The rate offered for full time was 30k less than I am making from them at 25 hr/week. They have come up by 10k and mentioned that they would now be paying half my social security. This is a great company I hate to walk away from but I am insulted/disappointed by the offer.
