I''ve been contracting for over a year as an email developer at large, well-known company. When I took the position, we discussed making my position full time but every time I inquire i'm told there's a budgeting issue or a headcount issue. I've been applying and interviewing elsewhere for several months now but I haven't received an offer. I've brought up full-time employment with my manager's manager and my manager 4 times and at this point I'd feel like a fool to ask again. Any advice?
