For most of my adult life I have worked in a customer facing role - teacher, hostess, server, receptionst. I want to make a career shift into digital/remote work but I don't really have any tech skills - yet. There are a lot of online resources out there that promise to teach the basics of things like Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO Optimization, etc., but I'm lost as to where to start. What do you suggest for a beginner? Is it really possible to score a decent job without going back to school?
