Professor Bohnet, the Albert Pratt Professor of Business and Government, is the Academic Dean of Harvard Kennedy School. She is the author of the award-winning book What Works: Gender Equality by Design and advises governments and companies on the topic around the world. Professor Bohnet is also the co-director of the Women and Public Policy Program.
Dr. Renee Wittemyer is the Director of Program Strategy and Investments for Pivotal Ventures, an investment and incubation company created by Melinda Gates to advance social progress for women and families in the United States. Renee leads the development and execution of innovation-focused investments and partnerships in areas ranging from women and tech, caregiving solutions to adolescent mental health.
Frida is an award-winning Harvard-and-MIT trained neuroscientist turned startup founder, who is passionate about revolutizing access to economic opportunity through unbiased tech. She is the CEO and co-founder of pymetrics, which matches people to top jobs while removing gender and ethnic bias from the hiring process through neuroscience and AI technology.
