About Your Coach
Marina is a life-long learner and strong supporter of women empowerment. She’s spent the last 15 years helping individuals advance in their careers while enjoying the search for their next adventure. After graduating as a Psychologist from the University of Buenos Aires, her native city, she was sure that helping others was her passion. Marina began her career as a Talent Manager in big multinational corporations, pursued her Masters degree in HR Management, and led amazing talent acquisition teams across Latin America. With motherhood came the interest to continue learning and became a certified coach—specializing in career coaching. Marina is also a DEI Talent Advocate Lead at PowerToFly, where she continues to match great talented individuals to their best-fit job. She enjoys training, mentoring and sharing advice with anyone that needs a hand to grow professionally.
Marina is a proud mom of two beautiful young children. She lives with her family in Buenos Aires, Argentina and loves working with individuals across the globe. She enjoys cooking (and eating) yummy meals with her family!

Tras graduarme como Lic. en Psicología de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, sabía que mi propósito la vida era ayudar a los demás a crecer. Comencé mi carrera profesional trabajando en Recursos Humanos, principalmente en áreas de selección y desarrollo de talento en grandes corporaciones multinacionales. Obtuve una Maestría en Dirección de Recursos Humanos y lideré equipos increíbles de Talento a nivel regional en América Latina, con un fuerte foco en la comunidad global de la cual era parte. Con la maternidad vino el interés por seguir aprendiendo y decidí estudiar hasta certificar como Coach Ontológico, para luego especializarme en Coaching Laboral.
Actualmente, además de trabajar como Coach de Carrera con personas de todo el mundo, ayudándolas a encontrar su pasión y próxima gran aventura, trabajo también como Lead Talent Advocate en PowerToFly, donde nos enfocamos en Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión, acompañando a personas de comunidades con menos representación a encontrar su trabajo ideal. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Pick the topic you are interested in and click "Book Now”.
2. Select a time that works for you.
3. Fill in your personal and credit card information and click "Confirm Booking".
4. Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email (this will give you the option to add this event to your calendar if you so choose).
5. Wait for your coach’s introduction email; she will ask you to provide some additional information like a sample cover letter, resume, etc., depending on the session you have selected.
6. Click the Zoom link (included in your Coach’s follow-up email) to join your virtual session at the agreed upon time! Be sure to download Zoom in advance.
After booking, a confirmation message will appear on your screen with links to add your session to your calendar. These same links will also be included in your confirmation email.
You can reschedule without a penalty up to 24 hours before your session. To reschedule, open your welcome email and click the "reschedule" link – you will then be able to select a new time slot.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your session and receive a full refund. To do so, simply cancel the event in your calendar and email your Coach saying you can no longer attend. Once your Coach confirms they have seen your cancellation, we will begin processing your refund.
Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Our Coach begins tailored session prep work 24 hours in advance of each session, including gathering tools and resources tailored to the client’s field and circumstances. We will happily send you these prep materials, but are unable to offer a refund due to the time already invested.

If you miss your session due to extreme circumstances and would like to reschedule, please email your Coach explaining your situation and we will do our best to accommodate and find another session time.
Your payment will be processed by Stripe, a secure online-payments platform, with the most stringent level of certification (PCI Service Provider Level 1) in the payments industry.
You will get an email reminding you about your appointment one hour before your session.
