Roxann Luckenbill
Roxann Luckenbill
Managing Director, HR Transformation

Roxann Luckenbill is a Managing Director in the Human Capital/HR Transformation/Oracle market offering of Deloitte Consulting. She has more than 30 years of experience leading and delivering large, global HR Transformation projects. Areas of expertise include Project Management, HR Business Process re-engineering, and the following software packages: Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, and Taleo.

Meredith Mizrahi

Meredith Mizrahi is a Product Management Lead with the HC Forward team in Human Capital As-a-Service (HCaaS). She joined Deloitte just under 7 years ago as part of the Bersin organization. Within her role, she was responsible for a suite of HR assets, while also planning product strategy and aligning with teams to bring products to market. With the shift of Bersin to Research & Sensing, and then Insights2Action, Meredith transitioned into leading the Asset Development PMO team that sits within HCaaS. As part of this role, she manages multiple cross-functional initiatives, improves efficiencies on asset reporting, and supports stakeholder communication. Most recently, Meredith began serving as the program manager for the integration of HCaaS assets into the Smart Factory experience.

Meredith lives in Northern VA with her husband Jared, and 2 children – Evan (6) and Haddie (4).

Julie Duda
Julie Duda
Associate Vice President, Human Capital

Julie is focused on coaching CHROs and other HR leaders on how to develop HR and talent strategies to impact their organizational success. She brings more than 25 years of experience with an emphasis in learning, leadership development, talent management, and talent acquisition. Members enjoy the fresh perspective and stories that Julie brings to her engagements. Prior to joining Bersin by Deloitte, Julie worked at Jo-Ann Stores, where she led key initiatives, including the selection and implementation of the organization’s first LMS and the design and roll-out of an enterprise-wide orientation and onboarding program. Julie spent her first years at Bersin as a member of the Consulting function, leading projects involving system selection, program assessment, and strategy development.

Lisa Laine
Lisa Laine
Managing Director, HR Transformation

Lisa is an LA-based managing director who is also a LA Metro transit customer.
She brings 25+ years Oracle E-Business Suite, and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience to her clients. She leads Oracle HCM implementations for our most complex clients across the private and public sector, including: Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, the California State-Department of General Services, along with complex organizations.

Lisa leads the consulting Native American/Native Hawaiian cohort/community and is passionate about creating impact for Deloitte's people, business, and society. She has two children, two cats, one dog, and one husband.

Kristin is a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. With over 22 years of combined industry and consulting HR strategy & technology experience, Kristin specializes in designing and delivering large, complex, global HR transformation solutions enabled by technology solutions. She assists clients in activating their digital HR organizations and driving sustained organizational performance by shifting their strategy from programs, processes, and policies to one of experiences that delight and engage employees, across industries, geographies and organizational demographics.
