Creating an LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group with leaders from Raytheon Technologies

Are you looking to create an LGBTQIA+ employee resource group (ERG) at your company? We are joined by Raytheon Technologies' Martha Holt Castle, Shannon Garvey, Thomas Dixon, and Jessica Curry to discuss how to get stakeholder buy-in, how to involve allies in a Pride ERG, how to balance working with your ERG and your day job and much more. Questions are welcome! PowerToFly's Director of East Sales Team Aimee Carlotto will steer the conversation.
