Meet The Speakers

Odetta Scott

Indirect Sourcing Procurement, Associate Director

Odetta joined Collins Aerospace almost three years ago as the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager and now serves as the Indirect Sourcing Procurement Associate Director. She's a customer-focused leader that excels at leading global cross-functional teams, including customers, through creating solutions, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Odetta also serves as a Program Manager for Leading Inspired Females in Technology (LIFT) at Collins.

Dr. Osyria Webster

Senior Project Engineer

Osyria joined Collins Aerospace almost three years ago as an Associate Systems Integration Engineer and now serves as a Senior Project Engineer. In her current role, she's responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of engineers within the Systems Engineering team. Osyria is also a Science Liaison at STEM NOLA.

Tanisha Wilcock

Associate Director - Engineering Special Projects

As an Associate Director at Collins Aerospace, Tanisha provides cross-program project coordination and leads “out of scope” obsolescence projects. She's a diverse leader with over 22 years of experience across automotive, HVAC and aerospace industries ranging from the execution of multi-million dollar projects from design inception through new production introduction in both the engineering and operations business sectors. Tanisha joined the Collins team four years ago.

Jeff Vossenkemper

Director, Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Jeff is a senior-level cybersecurity and risk management leader with a strong background in developing, executing, and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive cybersecurity program. As the Director of Cybersecurity & Risk Management at Collins, Jeff directs cyber risk processes, incident response, and application security functions. He's been with the team for nearly four years.

Tony Chapman

Director, Industry Affairs, Alliances and Strategic Initiatives | Information Management Services

Tony joined Collins Aerospace four years ago as the Sr. Director of Marketing, Product Management & Strategy and is now the Director of Industry Affairs and Alliances and Strategic Initiatives within Information Management Services. Prior, he served as the Senior Director of Product Management and Strategic Programmes for Global Airports at Rockwell Collins.
