Kimberly Betts
Kimberly Betts
Managing Director, Consumer, Core Business Operations

Kimberly is a Retail and Consumer Products industry veteran with over 25 years of experience driving Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Organizational Transformation, Change Management, Human Resources, Workforce Transition, Organization Design, Performance Development, Training, and Communications.

From her early days in Retail, Kimberly saw an opportunity to create more diverse and inclusive workspaces. 90% of the decisions in retail were made by women, whether they were frontline managers, consumers, or individual employees. Despite this power in decision-making, there were no women in C-suite leadership. As a result, there was a disconnect between company leadership and the end consumer. Kimberly saw that this made an impact on the business’s ability to succeed, and knew that the inclusion of more diverse viewpoints would ultimately lead to a positive outcome for the business. It was at this point early in her career that she decided to focus her energies on work centered around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and more recently the Future of Work.
