Simona loves working with people who are passionate about what they do. She also loves empowering the people around her to exceed all expectations.

Simona joined the Deloitte team in 2011 as Senior Manager, Life Sciences & Healthcare, eventually rising to Global Consulting Human Capital as a Service Leader last fall.

Senior Manager, HR Transformation

Derrick describes himself as an outgoing, confident, and qualified human resource transformation leader with a passion for enabling domestic and global businesses to run more efficiently and elevating employee experiences through the use of cloud technologies. Determined to create nurturing client engagements and team success, Derrick aims for win-wins in order to build trustworthy internal and external relationships. As a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, Derrick collaborates with client executives and their teams to integrate people, process, and technology dimensions to transform business functions.

Derrick has been with Deloitte for nearly 15 years.

Manager, Organization Transformation - Digital and Cloud Enablement

Carla is a strategy consultant focusing on organizational change management, communications, and organizational design. She has experience with change leadership and execution for cultural transformations, technology implementations, and mergers and acquisitions. As a project manager, Carla develops strategies and plans to enable success, and as a stakeholder, she identifies, aligns, and commits to change.

Carla joined the Deloitte team over seven years ago. Prior career stops include IBM, Coca-Cola, The Fifth Business, and Dow Chemical.

Senior Manager, Human Capital as a Service

Barb is a passionate and highly motivated business and technology consultant and senior leader that possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and has vast experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Financial Management. Her desire is to use her experience and background to help clients exceed their desired outcomes as they transform their HR processes and implement new technology to support their business.

She has experience in technical operations, talent management, payroll, benefits administration, business planning, financial analysis, financial modeling, process improvement initiatives, technology initiatives, and sales support. She excels at developing short and long-term plans, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and aligning technical and non-technical teams to achieve corporate and project goals.

Barb thrives on change and learning so throughout her career she has held a variety of positions that gave her a broad-based knowledge of nearly all functions in corporation operations and exposed her to multiple industries. She enjoys combining experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology and sharing this experience with clients during their journey to define business processes and solutions and implement or enhance technology to support their business.

Victor Reyes
Victor Reyes
Managing Director, HR Transformation

Victor focuses on helping organizations reimagine their people strategies and HR capabilities to deliver business results, enhance talent experience, and anticipate and embrace future workforce challenges. In his more than 20 years as a management consultant, he has designed and implemented programs that include talent strategy, acquisition, and development; HR technology strategy and deployment; global shared services and outsourcing; and workforce analytics.

He also has a background in change management and communications; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; and transformation across a range of front and back office areas including HR, IT, Finance, and Customer Service.

Victor has served clients in the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He has worked in multiple industries, including financial services, telecom, healthcare, real estate, consumer products, and retail--and concentrates on energy, resources, and industrial companies, serving as Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting leader for the Industrial Products & Construction sector.

Prior to joining Deloitte, was an Associate Partner in IBM’s Talent & Engagement practice leading efforts to apply emerging technologies to reinvent HR and employee experience, was a partner at KPMG, founding and leading the US HR Optimization practice, and was a senior engagement manager with Wipro Technologies and American Management Systems. Also held sales, marketing, and product management roles at AT&T.
