What is a positive way to avoid discussing/answering personal questions in an interview? "I don't feel comfortable discussing that," is obviously insufficient, but I have changed my career path in the past based on family needs. I want to work remotely so that I can build a career without facing the same decisions. However, I feel like mentioning it would then open me up to being fairly questioned about the size of my family (3 young kids), which has, in the past, been perceived as a problem. I am all for changing hearts and minds, but I can't do that if I can't even get in the door...
