How to act confident if you don't feel confident about what your speaking? 2) How to not get "bullied" into agreement or subversiveness when you're not by nature an assertive person (that A-type personality when you're not an A-type personality). 3) I am an easy-going person. I don't react too strongly when people make mistakes and I don't like people to feel I don't trust them or micromanage them. Does this make me a bad manager?
