Tanya: thank you for your service. Starting out as an E1 in the military to now being a VP of Program and Project Management is extremely impressive. What would you say is the top contributor to your success? Did you have mentors guiding you throughout your journey or were there times where you just went for it because you knew it was what you were destined to do? Bill: Thank you for your service. Can you recall what challenges you experienced when you first started doing client facing project management? Were you naturally just really great at it from the beginning because of your experience in the military or some other experience/trait? Or did you have to adapt and learn anything to become great at it?
