How do I keep myself from checking work emails while on leave to make sure nothing falls through the cracks or the people covering my different responsibilities know what to do in case of any curve balls? Should I also tell my work that they can call me in case of any emergencies? How can I successfully ask to transition to a full time remote position after my leave since my responsibilities can all be done via email and telephone? Thank you!
