Question by Cynthia, Advance Resolution Representative
asked on 2023-03-20

I just completed a job application where the question was: How old are you? then a drop down with age groups appeared. While it is not illegal to ask this question, when it gets down to it, how do we focus on our resume so much, to change the perception when questions like this appear on applications for which we are stellar candidates who just may not get a chance if the recruiter has a bias against us?
