FEIB/IDEA teams and initiatives have been cut drastically during this Great Layoff (starting Summer 2022). Many execs and founders are outwardly stating they won’t be investing in these critical programs. How can we encourage our exec leaders to continue these initiatives/not cut these jobs when we know that POC and women have been disproportionately affected by layoffs in the US?
