How were able to get around the negativity towards ideas involving 'seeking change'? I (and several friends!) have run into multiple situations where the middle management part corporate world resists new ideas or enthusiasm in general. We've all been with different companies for multiple years and repeatedly realizing we're hitting thick walls over and over again. We can see potential, but others can't and it really fuels the burn out.
