It would seem that global employers like North American employers are only seeking candidates with Degrees and neglect candidates that have earned Certificates or Diplomas, yet when you decipher the job(s) and/or description(s) there seems to be a need for more hands-on skills whereby conceptual knowledge may not necessarily apply. What then is the purpose of this if only degree candidates are the only ones to be employed in a system that preaches falsely - inclusiveness and diversity?
