I was recently asked to join the strategic planning committee at by organization that is focused on D&I initiatives as it relates to workplace culture. The organization as a whole made a commitment to binary gender equity in leadership by 2030; however, we have yet to produce a roadmap or toolkit for getting there. With a few exceptions, we are struggling to engage middle and upper management, which is key to ahiftung culture at the work group level. What are your recommendations for engaging and motivating management and executives around a strategic initiative?
