1) A lot of DEI work at corporations still involves volunteer roles. How do we get more corporations to put money behind these high risk, high reward initiatives, and how do we lead without authority, in these volunteer roles, to engage and motivate managers and executives to put resources into DEI? 2) How do you handle a situation where you raise concerns about bias impacting business decisions and the management response is to rate your likability?
