I have a very generalist set of skills (was a business consultant for 10+ years where I was paid to be a jill of all trades) but am now looking to find a job working from home to beat the commute. My existing skills seem to be more geared toward client services, recruiting, or project management but I don't feel like I have enough to claim being a specialist in any area. How do I 1) make a generalist career history boil down to a targeted role and 2) really cater/emphasize my ability to adapt to the available work and 3) promote my ability to work remotely/manage my own time throughout my resume?
