I've recently moved to Silicon Valley from abroad due to my husband's job and looking to find work utilizing my Fashion design, styling and consulting skills. I have an MBA in Fashion Business as well as over 15 years of international experience in the fashion industry. I've reached out to a number of companies but there doesn't seem to be an appetite for anything fashion related. I am not interested in worked in retail on the shop-floor for a commission only salary which is completely the norm in the US unfortunately. What would you advise ?
