In your experience/at your org do you see a lot of senior women being actively welcomed in junior roles after a career shift? I just joined a data science bootcamp and am changing fields entirely while returning to work after a family-building pause, and once I'm done will just be looking for a jr. data analyst or jr. data scientist role for long-term. Nervous about being excluded in jr. job searches by hiring managers. When job hunting, should I pull my MBA and 10+ years of consulting and Post-sec teaching experience off my resume/LinkedIn to prevent age bias/salary demands bias?
