Our organization meets on a daily basis each morning. We've spent some time checking in about events, feelings, and more and also then "shelf" and move on to our current work (which is supporting others). Lots of emotions and compassion fatigue. We are also scheduling facilitated conversations and workshops related to systemic racism and how to engage with each other -- communication, trust, etc. For morning conversations, do we leave open time for reflection or move into our work/schedule?
