Hello! I'm currently a software engineer working in biomedical research. I'm struggling to decide whether to continue my career along a technical path or if I want to get into management. I'm told continuously that I have great people skills and am a natural leader, however I do love working on the technical side of things and was thinking of pursuing a masters in computational mathematics. Any advice to identify the right path? Or some kind of happy medium for the future? Thank you!
