I'd love to hear more about D&I in regards to invisible differences, such as mental health conditions including ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc. How can we advocate for ourselves and our colleagues who have these conditions when there's so much stigma and discrimination? Being open and disclosing to my previous employer actually hurt more than helped (and ultimately led to me losing my job, rather than receiving the reasonable accommodations I had sought). Not speaking up feels inauthentic and adds to the stigma, but I don't know how/when I should bring it up in the workplace.
