I find, as a woman, showing vulnerability can be a double-edged sword. In Leadership, it's important to embody the values and behaviors we espouse to model it for our team; still in the workplace, men and woman are often viewed and treated differently and women who show vulnerability can be singled-out as "problematic" instead of an example of professional (and human) strength and transparency. How would you suggest we women display/demonstrate vulnerability without being "mom-tracked" or sidelined as "weak" or "incapable?"
