How would you present yourself in an interview that you are the person they should hire for the posting, even though you do not have the required amount of "years of experience" that's posted on the job board? How would you ask the interviewer if the company is genuine and serious about their practice of creating a culture of diversity equity and inclusion and not just a phase bc it's a hot topic at the moment? Is it appropriate to name drop during an interview?
