As an introvert, one of my challenges in putting myself out there more isn't necessarily lack of confidence, but lack of energy. I especially find my energy drained through so many Zoom work meetings these days. Recharging techniques like yoga, meditation, exercise, and pursuing hobbies do help but I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to optimize energy for social settings. Do you have recommendations for managing one's energy effectively as an introvert?
