Prior to COVID, employees were pretty well forced into a work/home life separation. Company culture was very important to employees when they had to physically leave their home and spend so much of their life at a company. Now that that forced separation has disintegrated, and may never come back, what aspects of company culture are still so meaningful to employees and what aspects are less important?
Unfortunately I have a conflict at this time and may have to miss Jane's presentation (boo hoo), but I plan to listen to a recording once available!!
