Guidelines usually suggest not to go back further than 15 years in your work history. However, I'm returning from a 15 year career break of raising kids. Although I've done part time work and volunteered, the relevant experience I want to include is prior to my break. In addition, I have taken a few courses, recently became a member of a professional association, and keep up with the latest news via podcasts and reading material. What is the best way to showcase my skills and experience to show I am prepared to return to my industry?
