During an interview, how do you confidently confirm/communicate that you don't have a specific skill or experience listed in the job description? I'm ok applying for roles where I might only have 60% of the required skills. But in the event I actually get an interview, I'd like to have the interviewer come away with the feeling that a) By admitting I don't know something, I'm being honest and have integrity, and b) I am eager and willing to learn what I don't know in order to succeed at the role.
