I am currently in the process of reinventing myself. I went back to school and just graduated with a bachelor's degree. I like to think outside of the box when it comes to searching for jobs & getting connecting with hiring managers. Are there any outside-of-the-box strategies that you can think of outside of the typical resume and cover letter that could help job hunters and career changers stand out, especially in the environment that we are in now where individuals may be skeptical about interviewing with others in person or going to in-person networking events where there are crowds of people?
