Question by Deborah, Marketing Program Manager asked on 2020-11-23
I have a young boss that is never wrong. If I ask her questions she deems me as incompetent as if I "should have known." She blames me for any mistake, even though I was following her directions. I can't trust her and fear she is not representing me in a positive light. How do I recognize when she's grandstanding, and change my behavior to stop her in her tracks without looking combative?
