Given reported findings & disparities, organizations has increased their diversity recruitment efforts, however, recruiters continue to indicate that "they can find qualified candidates". For those who are interested in supporting D&I, what are suggested strategies for diverse candidates to elevate their visibility with recruiters and/or organizations in support of such initiatives? (ie. incl. D&I or ERG involvement on resume; direct contact w/ D&I staff, etc)
