1. How do you maintain connection and closeness in your communities in a world that feels very fatigued from digital communication and digital work-shopping/activities? 2. We often see communities growing quickly when they succeed in creating a safe space for minority or niche groups to unite - how do you ensure inclusivity in these spaces whilst still making them safe spaces for those minority groups? 3. Intersectionality is gaining popularity as an appropriate approach to diversity and inclusion. How do you see intersectionality best being activated in digital communities? Any examples you can share? 4. How has your upbringing influenced your approach to building diverse and inclusive communities? 5. Is there a limit on how inclusive a community should attempt to be? Especially in digital spaces -can we fall foul of being too inclusive (since we aren't as limited by space /location etc.)?
