1) Should I narrow my job search strategy by targeting positions that are more likely to have older team members? Being a good fit for a team is one of the qualities recruiters look for. I don't mind working with bosses or coworkers of my son's age, but would my age be a deterrent for them? 2) What strategies should I apply for looking for a non-senior level position while my age suggests I should be at the senior level by now?
