What suggestions do you have for executive leaders like myself, who are global but still visibly male & white, to convey a message that, despite of appearance, I am probably the largest advocate for diversity in my company (heading up D&I as part of my role), and try to be an ally to change every day. I have always focused on authentic communications, explaining in my personal words and story, why this is important for me and part of my core values. But I would appreciate any insights into how to convey that to minority populations in a believable and genuine way. Thank you.
