How do I communicate with my leaders that I feel the expectations for me are higher than my white and/or male colleagues? I am happy to rise to the occasion, but believe my colleagues should have to do the same.
As a Black, single, working mother I cannot fit into the box of perfect employee. What can I do to open up the mindset of leadership and teammates. I work hard and do good work, but I cannot work until 10pm and may have to leave early if my child is sick. What steps can I take to ensure we have a more inclusive work environment?
