if you have an HSA and didn't use any of the funds in it at all this year, just contributed to it, should one have received a tax form? I haven't and cannot reach anyone a the institution that hosts my HSA. In the past when I have been able to reach anyone about my HSA they seem pretty ignorant of them, they are a small local bank (chosen by my employer as our HSA host) so even if I could reach anyone I would not trust them to supply me with the correct informational anyway!
