I am returning to the UK job market after a gap of 2.5 years and struggling to find a role at any level despite working for 14 years across different countries in HR and Recruitment as a Senior manager (had to leave due to family needs). I do understand that I may lack local UK HR and recruitment experience however all the skills that I have acquired are transferable but employers don't want to take a chance. How should I project my CV ?
