How can we better safeguard against burnout? Are there guidelines or frameworks that can help us more easily prioritize and focus the overwhelming amounts of requests and distractions that get thrown at us as leaders? Once burnout has occurred, it seems it can create mental barriers where they didn't exist previously – I've felt anxious or overwhelmed more easily/quickly post-burnout. Do you have recommendations for identifying and removing existing stressors and working through the associated emotions or barriers to reset and return to a place of mental peace? (I've turned to therapy, personally.)
