Any advice for those of us entering the last chapter of our careers? Not that I'm planning to technically RETIRE, but do plan to scale down and scale back... however, I want to remain a valued part of my team; I don't want to be treated like a part-timer. I've been in the field for 20+ years and still have a lot of relevance and skills that are in demand.
What are the qualities one should have to be successful in Deloitte. Does Deloitte job require travel.
