Asian Americans represent less than 6% of C-Suite & Board position in S&P 500 companies despite the rise of founders & co-founders in successful ventures including Coursera, LinkedIn, Nvidia, Old Navy, Peloton, Yahoo, YouTube, Zappo, Zoom, etc. What are recommended strategies and/or programs to encourage Asian American Senior Leaders to engage in sustainable mentorships with aspiring Asian American leaders & professionals?
