As we are expecting employee to be professional and do not bring "personal issue " at work, how can we create a "free space" where they can express any concern? Do you have any resources to be share (with employees) or display in (the office)? Most of women will loose their job or their professional credibility during abusive situation ( due to absenteeism , performance drop, etc...). Due to the shame around this situation, it will be very hard for employer to guess what is happening in their life. What is the best way to encourage them to speak up? Victims of domestic violence are facing many stereotypes ( you can see many campaign with a woman crying with a black eye) are you planning to do a campaign that shows "victims of domestic violence " can be everybody and can happen to everyone?
